Job description
- Develop and implement the company's logistics strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Manage central warehouse operations, regional distribution centers, inventory, transportation, and material flow.
- Optimize logistics costs, warehouse efficiency, and delivery performance.
- Select, negotiate, and manage logistics service providers and monitor their performance.
- Support and continuously improve e-commerce logistics operations.
- Monitor and improve logistics KPIs, including delivery accuracy, warehouse productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and develop the logistics team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Drive process improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives across the supply chain.
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Sales, Finance, IT, and international logistics teams while providing regular updates to senior management.
- Manage departmental budgeting, resource planning, performance management, and recruitment of key team members.
