transform data into accountable insights and outcome
production & KPI Management
monitor and analyze OEE, scrap rates, rework, shift output, and machine downtimes
ownership of the plant Shopfloor Reporting
operational Analysis: Identify bottlenecks and analyze standard cost variances
propose concrete measures to improve performance
prepare decision-making data for shift models, capacity expansions, and CAPEX
collaborate with Financial Controlling by providing crucial operational inputs for forecasts
participate in Lean, Kaizen, 5S projects
comfortable in spending time on the production floor and communicating with shift leads and engineers
experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel is a must
knowledge of Lean Management principles welcomed
PDCA, bring solutions and track their implementation.
