Job description
- Lead and manage the end-to-end FAI process in line with customer and industry requirements (IATF and N9100).
- Coordinate FAI activities across engineering, production, and suppliers.
- Ensure documentation accuracy, dimensional validation, and material/process conformity for composite parts.
- Act as the main quality interface for customers during FAI reviews and approvals.
- Identify deviations, drive root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Support production ramp-up and ensure smooth handover to serial quality.
- Strong background in quality engineering within composite materials (automotive / aerospace Tier 1 preferred).
- Hands-on experience owning and executing FAIs.
- Solid understanding of drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
