to lead a company-wide lean transformation initiative focused on improving manufacturing efficiency, quality, and overall process performance;
the role requires hands-on implementation of lean methodologies in a production environment;
drive end-to-end lean improvement projects (from problem identification to sustainable implementation);
apply lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, SMED, VSM, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, and standard work;
analyze production data to identify inefficiencies (Muda, Mura, Muri);
optimize material flow, capacity utilization, and bottlenecks;
develop and implement workplace layouts, process maps, and work standards;
support continuous improvement culture across operations;
experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Minitab or similar;
knowledge of project management methodologies (PDCA, DMAIC).
