Job description
- Process optimization and new technologies launch
- Analyzing and improving existing production lines, reducing cycle times, and eliminating bottlenecks
- Layout design and process flow optimization
- Configuring and inspecting workstations and equipment to meet safety and ergonomic standards
- Establishing work procedures, setting time standards, and monitoring efficiency (OEE)
- Implementation of new processes (Industrialization)
- Collaborating on the launch of new products and production systems into serial manufacturing using Lean/Six Sigma methods
- Applying methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, and SMED to drive continuous improvement
- Communicating with production, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to resolve daily operational issues
