Job description
- strong hands-on technical background;
- role requires a proactive and independent engineer who thrives in a production environment, takes ownership, and reacts quickly to technical challenges;
- analytically strong, operationally effective — understands machines, processes, and root causes without waiting for direction;
- analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, with focus on assembly lines for automotive components;
- troubleshoot production issues in real time and identify root causes of machine stoppages ensure stable and efficient operation of automated and semi-automated lines;
- experienced with technologies such as robotics, servo drives, and screwdriving systems;
- implement corrective and preventive actions to improve process reliability;
- support and update PFMEA as part of standard process engineering practices;
- collaborate with maintenance, production, and quality teams;
- drive continuous improvement initiatives on the shopfloor;
- ensure proper technical documentation, with priority on operational performance.
