Task Force Lead – Ramp-up Stabilization (Assembly & Paint Quality)
Start: ASAP
Duration: Minimum 6 weeks
Location: On-site
Language: Hungarian + English required, German is a plus
We are looking for a senior hands-on Task Force Lead to stabilize assembly output in a ramp-up environment and improve quality performance for painted Class-A exterior parts. This is an execution role for someone who takes ownership directly on the shopfloor.
Lead on-site ramp-up stabilization activities
Improve daily output and remove bottlenecks
Drive line balancing, standardized work and deviation handlingSet up KPI transparency and daily performance routines
Improve material flow, FIFO and rework routing
Reduce defects, handling damage and rework
Train and coach operators and line leadersReport progress, risks and actions to management
Proven automotive ramp-up stabilization experience
Strong assembly line optimization background
Experience with painted Class-A parts
Strong shopfloor leadership in escalation mode
Experience with KPI systems and daily control routines
Hands-on, decisive and execution-drivenHungarian and English mandatory German preferred
