Key Responsibilities • Provide hands-on quality support within the production environment • Analyze quality issues and lead root cause investigations • Drive containment, corrective, and preventive actions (CAPA) • Support escalation management and customer-related quality topics • Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and quality teams • Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications • Several years of experience in a Quality Engineer / Quality Specialist role within manufacturing or industrial environments • Strong hands-on shop floor experience • Proven operational problem-solving capabilities • Experience with root cause analysis methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, etc.) • Assertive personality with the ability to drive actions and decisions independently
Language Requirements • French: Native-level proficiency (mandatory) • English: Professional working proficiency (mandatory) • German: Considered a strong advantage
