Support the Maintenance Manager in daily operational activities and team coordination.
Assist in managing and organizing maintenance activities across a department of approximately 77 employees.
Support the planning, coordination, and optimization of preventive and corrective maintenance.
Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, availability, and overall maintenance efficiency.
Analyze existing maintenance processes and recommend practical improvements.
Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and the resolution of recurring technical issues.
Monitor maintenance KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist with spare parts management, maintenance planning, and resource allocation.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between maintenance, production, and other departments.
Several years of professional experience in maintenance management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in supporting or leading maintenance teams.
Strong knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
Experience in maintenance process optimization and continuous improvement.
Good understanding of maintenance KPIs, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency.
