LEAN

lead the execution of strategic transformation initiatives that support the company's growth and operational excellence agenda;
the role combines cross-functional project management, Lean transformation, and business improvement to ensure successful delivery of strategic projects, capacity expansion and measurable financial impact;
lead strategic cross-functional projects from planning through implementation;
translate business strategy into executable roadmaps, project plans and governance;
drive Lean and Operational Excellence initiatives using DMAIC and structured problem-solving methodologies;
coordinate site transformation projects including layout changes, capacity expansion and industrialization activities;
ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and with controlled business risk;
facilitate collaboration across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance and HR;
establish KPIs, governance routines, executive reporting and benefit tracking;
identify improvement opportunities in productivity, quality, cost, inventory, OEE and process performance;
deliver sustainable financial improvements validated by Finance;
coach functional leaders in project management, structured execution and continuous improvement;
strong Lean Manufacturing / Operational Excellence background (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is an advantage)
demonstrated experience delivering measurable business improvements;
