  • Managing daily EDIs, call offs management in SAP, VW portal
  • Creating picklists
  • Downloading call offs, shorterm orders
  • Checking situation with warehouse and other depts
  • Communication with quality, production
  • Daily communication with customer (english, germany ideally)
  • Daily overviews of back-logs for entrusted projects
  • Transport orders, requests for extra cars (special transports)
  • Creating 8D reports for log. complaints (mixups, late deliveries, etc.)
