Job description

  • Main customer contact for all quality-related topics and representation of the company in customer matters
  • Management of customer complaints and claims from receipt to closure, including root cause analysis and corrective actions (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa)
  • Ensure compliance with customer-specific quality requirements and agreed standards during serial production and project phases
  • Coordinate customer audits, track corrective actions, and support internal audit activities
  • Monitor quality KPIs, prepare customer quality reports, and support continuous
  • improvement initiatives based on data analysis
  • Coordinate customer approvals for deviations, concessions, and product/process changes including risk assessments
  • Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF standards and support harmonization of quality processes across regions
  • Cooperate closely with engineering, production, logistics, supplier quality, and service teams to resolve issues and improve processes
