Job description
Main customer contact for all quality-related topics and representation of the company in customer matters
Management of customer complaints and claims from receipt to closure, including root cause analysis and corrective actions (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa)
Ensure compliance with customer-specific quality requirements and agreed standards during serial production and project phases
Coordinate customer audits, track corrective actions, and support internal audit activities
Monitor quality KPIs, prepare customer quality reports, and support continuous
improvement initiatives based on data analysis
Coordinate customer approvals for deviations, concessions, and product/process changes including risk assessments
Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF standards and support harmonization of quality processes across regions
Cooperate closely with engineering, production, logistics, supplier quality, and service teams to resolve issues and improve processes
